From any ICS endpoint that is running an Octoplant client app, open the "AdminClient" from the desktop:
Log in with an administrator account (each location has users defined for admin access, and usernames are first initial/lastname, ex Joe Smith would be jsmith):
After you logon, open User Management:
Inside the User Management panel, you create new users, change group memberships, or change/reset passwords for existing users. You can apply changes to user either via the All Users category, or the Administrators category - if the user exists in both places you can use either location, it's the same account regardless:
Suggestion for password changes: set the password for the user using the Change Password button to something simple, then set the "Password must be changed at next login" option to force the user to set a permanent password when they logon next.
